NPI conducted a plenary session on Diaspora’s role on Development Policies of Nepal at the 1st Global NRN Knowledge Conference held in Kathmandu. During the plenary NPI Founding Member, Sharad Neupane had presented the NPI Founding Strategic Plan. The plenary featured Foreign Minister of Nepal Hon. Pradip Gyanwali, NPC Vice-Chair Hon. Puspa Raj Kadel, Nepal Ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Bhim Udash, Dr. Yub Raj Pokhrel, Prof. Madan Dahal, and Ms. Sharu Joshi. Speakers had commented on the NPI’s strategic plans during their presentations. The plenary was chaired by Former Finance Minister Dr. Bhek Bahadur Thapa and Moderated by NPI Chair Khagendra Dhakal.
